NOTE: Any balances due will be automatically invoiced 14 days before the first day of class, using the same method as the original deposit was paid unless notified otherwise by you. Any declined Credit Cards or Returned Checks will be cause for cancellation of your class seat and forfeiture of any monies paid.

The FINE PRINT. Class space is filled on a first come, first served basis. A minimum 25% Deposit is required to reserve your seat. Payment in full must be received no later two weeks before the first day of class.  Registration is not complete until full payment has been received. All class cancellations and scheduling changes are subject to a $200 non-refundable administrative fee. Voluntary cancellation or rescheduling of a class, made in writing, at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the first day of class, may incur a $200.00 fee for rescheduling or you may request to receive a refund of the amount paid less the $200.00 fee. No refunds will be allowed for cancellations or rescheduling within two weeks of the class, unless we can fill your seat. Media Technology Associates reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class at any time without prior notice. Involuntary cancellation will give the student the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of registration fees paid to Media Technology Associates. Upon receipt of registration, clients have one year to complete classes and costs are subject to increase after six months. In no case will Media Technology Associates be liable for any other expenses, incidental, indirect, or consequential, including travel arrangements, resulting from rescheduling or training.
