An MTA Block is a prepaid block of MTA products and services that can be purchased in $2,000.00 to $5,000.00 increments at substantial discounts off of MTA's already competitive standard prices. These MTA Block dollars can be used for any of MTA's products and services: training, telephone support, on site technical support, maintenance, repairs, spare parts, rentals, consultation and/or engineering. The MTA Block enables you to: 1) get one approval for all of your training and support needs 2) lock in higher discount rates by consolidating your overall training and support spending (discounts range up to 20%) and 3) manage those training and support dollars more effectively throughout the year. You only pay for what you use and MTA dollars allocated for one service can be applied to another MTA product or service if your needs change (ie support dollars can be used towards training, products or balances can be refunded at any time). Your MTA Block does not expire until your credit balance is depleted. Therefore, balances can be carried over from this budget year to the next budget year or refunded if not used. Discounts can be taken in the form of savings or as additional MTA products and/or services (ie a $5,000.00 Block purchase qualifies for an 11% discount ($550.00). How Does The MTA Block Program Work?

We will mutually determine the appropriate block size, the associated discount rate, the primary contact information, the authorized users and the level of accounting / reporting that will be required. MTA will generate a contract that outlines these terms. Once you are set up and the block is funded, you may use any of MTA's services. These services will be billed against your block of services as you use them. These services will be billed at the MTA standard rates outlined below. Your block of MTA dollars will be drawn down only as you use these MTA services. The MTA Block of services does not lapse or expire until the credit balance is depleted. Therefore, credit balances can be carried over from year to year, applied to other MTA products and services or refunded by MTA. MTA will provide all of the record keeping and an accounting will be provided on a predetermined basis. As always, all of our services are guaranteed. This program may not be combined with any other MTA promotions. However, if MTA offers a better Block promotion in the future and you still have a credit balance on your Block account, MTA will give you the benefit of the additional savings on your remaining balance. All existing MTA registration and cancellation policies shall apply. If you elect to terminate your Block and request a refund, the outstanding balance on your block line of credit less any discounts applied to that line will be refunded to you within seven days.
