MTA FAMILY SUPPORT PACK

 What is an MTA Family Support Pack?  

An MTA Family Support Pack is a prepaid block of (5) MTA support incident calls for only $200.00 ($500.00+ retail value). Each MTA support incident may require several telephone calls and/or emails to resolve, but the calls are billed as one incident under a unique case number. MTA support will be provided Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. (Extended support hours are available at an additional cost). MTA will respond to your support inquiry within sixty minutes of the initial contact. MTA will maintain a log of customer incidents and track usage on each account. Unlike most traditional support contracts: 1) you will only be billed for what you use 2) there is no expiration date or lapse date on this plan (“use it or lose it”) 3) any unused support dollars can be refunded and / or applied to other MTA products and services (training, onsite support, maintenance, repairs, spare parts, rentals, consultation and / or integration services. How Does the MTA Family Support Pack Work?  

Contact us at (678) 990 – 9166 or toll free at (877) 894 – 2857, email us at support@mtasupport.com to discuss the plan or click here to register online. Setup takes just a few minutes. The MTA Family Support Pack account will be set up in your name individually. Once you are set up and the MTA Family Support Pack is funded ($200.00), you may access all of MTA's products and services. Once you contact us with a support issue, that support incident is logged under a unique MTA case number. Our MTA technicians will work that case until it is resolved. The MTA support services will be billed against your Support Pack account as you use them (ie each support incident will be billed against your $200.00 account balance at the discounted rate of $40.00 per incident). The MTA Family Support Pack does not lapse or expire until the credit balance is depleted. Therefore, balances can be carried over from year to year, applied to other MTA products and services and / or refunded by MTA. MTA will provide all of the accounting and record keeping. As always, all MTA services are guaranteed.
