Per Incident Telephone Support
After the first 3 minutes, if we mutually determine more time is needed to resolve your issue, you will be billed $2.00 per minute (monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pmEST) or $3.00 per minute (After Hours / Weekends / Holidays) for each minute thereafter.
On Site Tech Call
If an onsite tech call is warranted, the rate is $95.00 per hour plus travel (Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm EST) or $125 per hour plus travel (After Hours / Weekends / Holidays). Travel within 100 miles of MTA's offices is billed at the applicable hourly rate from MTA to the clients' site. Travel greater than 100 miles from MTA's home office which may require an overnight stay will be quoted seperatley. There is no travel fee for contract clients who are within the Atlanta Metro Area.
MTA Block Contract
For those clients who budget support and training dollars for the coming year, but do not know exactly how those dollars will be used, the MTA Block Contract is the perfect solution. The MTA Block Contract provides you with a credit balance on a block of services at discounted rates. As you use those services, you buy down the block of services. The Block of services applies to any MTA service so these dollars can be used for training, support, maintenance, integration, consulting, repairs, etc... The MTA Block Contract takes the risk out of purchasing support contracts because unlike traditional support contracts, you only pay for those services you use and if you do not use all of the block services within a twelve month period, your credit balance carries over to the next period - it does not go away. Therefore, you may budget monies for support and then determine that you don't need as much support. You can then allocate some of those dollars to training. MTA Annual Telephone Support Contract
An MTA annual telephone support contract enables a user to make unlimited calls / emails to our tech support center (Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm EST) for twelve months for $1995.00 per system. As an MTA support customer you will receive discounted rates on all other MTA products and services and you will also have access to the MTA knowledge base, monthly newsletters, seminars, etc...
MTA Maintenance Plan
MTA would provide regularly scheduled maintainance (ie weekly, quarterly, semi-annualy, etc..) to inspect, clean, and maintain video decks, editing systems, scopes, etc... A detailed scope of work would be outlined for you and a custom proposal would be prepared for those services. As an MTA maintenance customer you would receive receive discounted rates on all other MTA products and services and you would have access to the MTA knowledge base, monthly newsletters, seminars, etc...
MTA Standard Service Support Agreement (SSA)
An MTA Standard Service Support Agreement would entitle you to twelve months of telephone support (Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm EST), periodic onsite maintenance, and priority response from our technical department. In addition, as an MTA support customer, you would receive discounted rates on all other MTA products and services and you would have access to the MTA knowledge base, monthly newsletters, seminars, etc...
